Mental Health Prescribing Clinician (MD/DO Psychiatrist, PMHNP/DNP, PA) – Full-Time

Position Overview:
Noble Physicians is seeking a Mental Health Prescribing Clinician to join our integrated medical and behavioral health practice. This role focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaborative care, with the opportunity to incorporate psychotherapy/supportive counseling as appropriate to training and interest.

We welcome applications from MD/DO psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP/DNP), and PAs with psychiatry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
– Provide medication management for a broad range of mental health conditions
– Collaborate closely with therapists, primary care providers, and care teams
– Monitor treatment response, side effects, and medication adherence
– Provide brief supportive counseling as appropriate
– Document care clearly and efficiently in the EHR
– Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and care planning
– Support integrated, whole-person patient care

Qualifications:
– MD/DO psychiatrist, PMHNP/DNP (psychiatric focus), or NP or PA-C with psychiatry experience
– Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)
– Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
– Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
– Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment
