Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – General Medical Practice (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
Noble Physicians is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing general medical practice. This role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care within an integrated medical and behavioral health model, emphasizing thoughtful, patient-centered medicine.

We welcome applications from PA-C, NP, and DNP clinicians with experience or strong interest in internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care–based specialty practice.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide outpatient medical evaluation and management for adult patients
– Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
– Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and care planning
– Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
– Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
– Collaborate closely with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and care teams
– Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
– Document clinical care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
– Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives

Qualifications:
– Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP or DNP)
– Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)
– Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or outpatient primary care preferred
– Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
– Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
– Commitment to ethical, compassionate, patient-centered care
