Physician (MD/DO) – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – Full-Time

Position Overview:
Noble Physicians is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physician (MD or DO) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our growing multidisciplinary medical practice. This role focuses on high-quality outpatient care within an integrated medical and behavioral health model that prioritizes thoughtful, patient-centered medicine.

We are building a collaborative practice environment that values clinical judgment, continuity of care, and professional autonomy while providing strong administrative and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care for adult patients
– Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
– Perform preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
– Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
– Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
– Collaborate with advanced practice providers, behavioral health clinicians, and care teams
– Provide patient education and shared decision-making
– Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
– Participate in interdisciplinary care planning as part of an integrated model

Qualifications:
– MD or DO with training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
– Board-certified or board-eligible
– Active Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
– Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
– Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
– Interest in collaborative, team-based care
– Commitment to ethical, compassionate, patient-centered practice
